Studio 219 is a 2,400 sq. ft. rentable creative space for photographers, videographers, and creatives. Reserve for an hour or for the whole day. Whatever the project, we will be happy to host you!

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q:  Can I arrive early to my session?
A:  We do not allow early arrivals, as there may be a booking before or after your session. Your session starts and ends promptly at the times you reserved. Please be sure to book enough time for your set up, shoot, and clean up. 

Q: Is your space handicap accessible?
A: We are not handicap accessible. We are located on the second floor of a historic building, only accessible by stairs.

Q: Can I move the furniture in the studio?
A: Yes, you can move the furniture, with the exception of the dining table, glass coffee table, and our Christmas installations. We ask that you please pick items up instead of dragging them across the floor. We inspect the furniture and flooring after each session. If damages occur, you will be charged a fee. 

Q: Can I bring my dog to a shoot?
A: We require a $30 fee for dogs. They must remain leashed and are not allowed on any furniture. Please indicate at booking if you plan to include a dog in your shoot.
